Retail Return Policy

All sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final. No exceptions.

After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work/repair Atla survival shelters will be glad to assist you.

For non-firearm and non-ammunition item returns:

The return period is thirty (30) days and the item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. In the event the product is defective, please refer to the manufacturer warranty. Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion.

For returns on fishing product/gear

The return period is thirty (30) days and the item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

For broken or defective fishing rods:

At the request of manufacturers, all broken and/or defective fishing rod/reel claims must be submitted, by the purchaser, to the specific manufacturer’s Customer Service Department.

Retail Firearm Transfers

Handguns, lower receivers and frames can only be transferred to South Carolina residents at our Retail Locations. Long guns may or may not be transferred depending on the customer's State of Residence.
